TENDER DESCRIPTION

The state-owned enterprise Vermögen und Bau Baden-Württemberg is the central service provider for real estate management in the state of Baden-Württemberg. It manages approximately 8,000 buildings, some of which are protected as historical monuments. Its remit is to maintain, further develop and sustainably manage the buildings, plots of land and physical assets so that they provide long-term added value for society, the economy and the environment. Vermögen und Bau Baden-Württemberg carries out all above-ground construction measures for the state of Baden-Württemberg. For various above-ground construction measures, the state-owned enterprise receives funds from the federal government under the Länder- und Kommunal-Infrastrukturfinanzierungsgesetz (LuKIFG). The planning, coordination and implementation of these above-ground construction measures give rise to additional staffing requirements, which arise in part at short notice. In order to cover the additional staffing requirements in a needs-based manner, the existing personnel capacities within Vermögen und Bau Baden-Württemberg are to be supplemented by means of the temporary provision of employees.
