TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Vermögen und Bau Baden-Württemberg state-owned enterprise is the central service provider for real estate management in the state of Baden-Württemberg. It manages approximately 8,000 buildings, some of which are protected as historic monuments. Its mandate is to maintain, further develop and sustainably operate the buildings, plots of land and structures, so that they offer a lasting added value for society, the economy and the environment. In doing so, Vermögen und Bau Baden-Württemberg carries out all above-ground construction measures for the state of Baden-Württemberg. For various above-ground construction measures, the state-owned enterprise receives federal funds under the Länder- und Kommunal-Infrastrukturfinanzierungsgesetz (LuKIFG). The planning, coordination and implementation of these above-ground construction measures results in additional staffing requirements, which arise in part at short notice. In order to cover the additional staffing requirements appropriately, the existing staffing capacities at Vermögen und Bau Baden-Württemberg are to be supplemented by way of temporary staffing (worker leasing).
