TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract notice is external expert support for the preparation of municipal climate adaptation concepts for a municipality belonging to the district (kreisangehörige Kommune) in a convoy pursuant to Section 29f of the Climate Act (KlimaG BW). The services are provided within the framework of a framework agreement and are commissioned for multiple municipalities of a convoy in each case via individual call-offs. The procurement procedure includes four convoys. A convoy comprises at least three and at most seven municipalities belonging to the district. The municipality-specific concepts for the municipalities of a convoy are to be prepared within 12 months in each case. At most two convoys take place concurrently. If, in a given year, no convoy of municipalities comes about, the contracting authority may commission requirement positions in the scope of 40–85 working days. These serve to perform the district’s tasks under KlimaG BW Section 29f(1) sentence 3 “supporting the municipalities belonging to the district in adapting to the consequences of climate change”.
