TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of framework agreements for the proper disposal of hazardous mineral waste. The objective is the cleaning and processing of mineral waste followed by utilization or disposal by the contractor. Regarding the estimated quantities, approximately 16,000 tons of mineral waste per year is expected, with an annual increase of 10%. Regarding the legally relevant maximum volume under procurement law, a total of EUR 9.1 million over the entire contract duration of 5 years (including options) across all contracting parties is anticipated. The service provision takes place at a facility of the contractor.
