TENDER DESCRIPTION

This involves contracts that are to be carried out mainly in occupied buildings, apartments, as well as in vacant apartments. The number of contracts is approximately 984 units/year. Contracts are called off per contract year at most up to a total contract value of 780,000.00 EUR net (so-called maximum threshold). Upon reaching this maximum threshold, the framework agreement is exhausted until the end of the respective contract term and no further performance call-offs are possible. This means that in the event the extension option is exercised, performance call-offs in the respective extension period are possible only up to this maximum threshold. These expected contract rounded figures are based on estimates and are intended as a guideline and basis for calculation. Deviations due to changes in requirements by the contracting authority are permissible up to the maximum threshold. There is no entitlement to award contracts in the above-mentioned amount.
