TENDER DESCRIPTION
This involves contracts which are to be carried out predominantly in occupied buildings, flats as well as vacant units. The number of contracts is approximately 984 units/year. Contracts are placed per contract year at most up to a total contract order value of EUR 780,000.00 net (so-called maximum threshold). Once this maximum threshold is reached, the framework agreement is exhausted until the end of the respective contract term and no further service calls are possible. This means that in the event that the extension option is exercised, service calls in the respective extension period are only possible up to this maximum threshold. These expected contract roundings are based on estimates and serve as an indication and basis for calculation. Deviations due to changes in the requirements by the contracting authority are permitted up to the maximum threshold. There is no entitlement to the award of contracts in the aforesaid amount.
