TENDER DESCRIPTION

A framework agreement is being tendered for bus services for the currently three DAAD grantee meetings per year within Germany. The meetings take place at a university location in Germany (= place of the event). The number may vary depending on the DAAD’s funding by its grantors and is set annually by the DAAD. The meetings are intended to deepen the DAAD’s contacts with its scholarship holders, but also to build a network among the funded participants. In addition, we offer participants the opportunity to listen to scientific presentations or to give a presentation themselves. A cultural programme and a joint closing evening complete the programme. The format of the grantee meetings, the locations and dates are determined by the DAAD. The current format provides that the events always begin on the respective Friday in the afternoon with the participants’ arrival and end on Sunday after breakfast. Approximately 50 DAAD employees travel for the purpose of supervision and usually take part in the entire programme.
