TENDER DESCRIPTION

A framework agreement is being tendered for coach services for the currently three DAAD grantee meetings per year within Germany. The meetings take place at a university location in Germany (= place of event). The number may vary depending on the DAAD’s funding from its funding bodies and is determined by the DAAD each year. The meetings serve to deepen the DAAD’s contacts with its grantees, but also to foster networking among the funded participants. In addition, we offer participants the opportunity to attend scientific presentations or to give a presentation themselves. A cultural programme and a joint closing evening round off the programme. The format of the grantee meetings, the locations and dates are determined by the DAAD. The current format provides that the events always begin on the respective Friday in the afternoon with the participants’ arrival and end on Sunday after breakfast. Approximately 50 DAAD staff members travel to provide support and usually take part in the entire programme.
