TENDER DESCRIPTION

• Lot 1: Exhibition graphics For all temporary exhibitions shown in the Pei Building of the DHM, the development of a graphic concept, the creation of all exhibition graphics (for print and digital applications), artwork retouching (final artwork/preparation), and print supervision are required (see details in Appendix to the performance description Lot 1 Exhibition graphics). Bidders may submit offers for one lot or for all lots. The number of lots for which a single bidder may be awarded a contract is not restricted. The submission of multi-lot offers (combination discounts) is permitted. In the event that all lots are commissioned at the same time, bidders may grant price reductions (discounts). These discounts must be explicitly stated in the form “Award no. B202613006 Declaration on submission of lots and combination discounts” in the section provided for this purpose. Maximum value of the framework agreement The framework agreement is divided into lots in accordance with § 30 VgV.
