TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement procedure is a framework contract for carrying out hydraulic balancing by means of a measurement-based procedure equivalent to procedure B, including the required system modifications for the assets of STAT UND LAND and WoGeHe. Pursuant to Section 60c of GMod, newly installed water-based heating systems must be hydraulically balanced or hydraulically optimized. For existing heating systems, hydraulic optimization must be carried out if, during the review pursuant to Section 60b of GMod, a corresponding need for action is identified. The heating systems of STADT UND LAND Wohnbauten-Gesellschaft mbH and WoGeHe Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Hellersdorf mbH are subject, in accordance with the statutory requirements, to the extent that the conditions of Sections 60b and 60c of GMod are met. The services agreed under the framework contract serve to fulfill these statutory obligations.
