TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement procedure is a framework agreement for the implementation of hydraulic balancing by means of a metrological measurement method equivalent to procedure B, including the required adjustment of systems for the stock of STAT UND LAND and WoGeHe. Pursuant to § 60c GMod, newly constructed water-heated heating systems must be hydraulically balanced, or hydraulically optimised. For existing heating systems, hydraulic optimisation must be carried out if, during the review pursuant to § 60b GMod, a corresponding need for action is identified. The heating systems of STADT UND LAND Wohnbauten-Gesellschaft mbH and WoGeHe Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Hellersdorf mbH are subject to the statutory requirements, insofar as the conditions of §§ 60b and 60c GMod are met. The services agreed under the framework agreement serve to fulfil these statutory obligations.
