TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the framework agreement is the supply of hygiene paper (toilet and hygiene paper in accordance with the specifications) and the outfitting of the following rehabilitation clinics of Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bayern Süd with new “Tubeless” hygiene paper dispenser systems, including installation: - Bad Reichenhall Clinic - Orthopaedic Clinic Tegernsee - Specialist Clinic Gaißach The contracting parties agree on a term of 2 years beginning on 01.05.2027. The contracting authority may extend the term by a further two years by written declaration no later than 31.01.2029; for the contracting party, the extension option is binding. If no extension declaration is made, the contract ends automatically on 30.04.2029 without any additional notice of termination being required. The service includes: - delivery of the required Tubeless hygiene paper dispenser systems - dismantling of existing dispenser systems - professional installation and setup in working order of the new dispensers including the fastening materials - free-of-charge return and professional disposal of the packaging material - supply of hygiene paper as required in accordance with the specifications…
