TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the framework agreement is the supply of hygiene paper (toilet and hygiene papers in accordance with the specifications) as well as the provision of new “Tubeless” hygiene paper dispenser systems for the rehabilitation clinics listed below of the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bayern Süd, including installation: - Bad Reichenhall Clinic - Orthopaedic Clinic Tegernsee - Specialist Clinic Gaißach The contracting parties agree on a term of 2 years starting on 01.05.2027. The contracting authority may extend the term by a further two years by written declaration no later than 31.01.2029; for the contracting party, the extension option is binding. If no extension declaration is made, the contract ends automatically on 30.04.2029 without the need for an additional termination.
