TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Institute for Educational Analysis Baden-Württemberg, as a subordinate authority of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports Baden-Württemberg, is responsible for providing the entire education sector not only with suitable IT specialist procedures but also with reliable data and scientific findings. The subject of the contract is the provision of IT services for consulting and operational support to the contracting authority in fulfilling the tasks of the IBBW, particularly in the support of IT specialist procedures that are developed, operated, maintained or otherwise IT-supported by the IBBW. The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with two bidders respectively for a term of four years within the scope of this procurement procedure. The contractors have no entitlement to the award of call-offs/individual orders (individual call-offs) by the contracting authority. The maximum call-off volume under the respective framework agreement amounts to five times the estimated quantities indicated non-bindingly in the service description.
