TENDER DESCRIPTION
The FB 3 department (IT Services) is responsible for operating the IT at Stuttgart Airport. As part of this operations management, FSG supplements, on a case-by-case basis for specific system and service areas, with external operational support the necessary know-how to ensure uninterrupted operation of the IT systems. The present tender “Framework Contract IT Services” divides the services included into service schedules, which are distinguished according to 3 types of service provision. ? System-related infrastructure services (SIS) ? Operational infrastructure services (BIS) ? Flexible operational infrastructure services (F-BIS) SIS services are related to an infrastructure, a system or an application and include supporting services to maintain operation in the event of disruptions within incident and problem management. BIS services are used to provide operational support as part of change, task and development management.
