TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service to be tendered involves the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of channel castings for the Civil Engineering Office and the Urban Drainage Department of the City of Dortmund in accordance with the specifications. It is a term contract, where the quantities of the individual service items cannot be precisely determined in advance. The exact subject of the contract can be found in the specifications. The contract is concluded for a fixed term of one year, with an option to extend three times by one further year each. After the minimum contract term of one year, the contract will be tacitly renewed for another year if it is not terminated in writing by the client or contractor with a notice period of 6 months before the end of the first year.
