TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service to be tendered concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of canal casting articles for the Civil Engineering Office and the Urban Drainage of the City of Dortmund in accordance with the specification. This is a term contract where the delivery quantities of the individual service items cannot be determined precisely in advance. The exact subject of the contract results from the specification. The contract is concluded for a fixed term of one year, with an option to extend three times by one additional year each time. The contract will be tacitly extended by one more year after the minimum contract term of one year, unless the contract is terminated in writing by the client or the contractor with a notice period of 6 months before the end of the first year. However, the contract ends at the latest after 4 years.
