TENDER DESCRIPTION

By this, the supplier undertakes, as described in the specifications (LV), to set up a consignment stock for Granit special curbstones. The consignment stock is to be managed by the supplier and stored on the supplier’s premises. The transfer of ownership takes place upon delivery to the construction site or to another location specified by the contracting authority to the contracting party. The basis for the delivery is an assignment with order placed by the contracting authority on the basis of the framework agreement.
