Our properties are located in all districts of Berlin, divided into 55 quarters and managed by 4 degewo customer centers. As a municipal housing company, we assume responsibility for the city of Berlin and its people. This goes hand in hand with our claim to continuously improve the service for our customers, so that we meet the diverse needs of our customers. In order to continuously optimize the service and the services for our tenants, we regularly ask our customers for their opinion. Description of the services: surveys and studies, such as tenant and customer satisfaction surveys, customer feedback surveys, employee surveys, automated surveys for process optimization, image surveys, surveys of quarters and neighbourhoods, mystery shopping and much more.
