TENDER DESCRIPTION

Framework agreement for project planning (architecture) for all renovations/conversions of existing buildings on the premises of the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) from a project volume of EUR 1.5 million net eligible costs during the up to 4-year term of the framework agreements (2 years fixed term + 2 years extension option). The individual contracts awarded from the framework agreement partly include all HOAI service phases. In some cases, commissioning will only cover the later service phases LPH 5-8 (starting with the execution planning). Each time, a phased commissioning is planned, whereby the optional phased commissioning may be carried out wholly or partially. The framework agreement is intended to bind 3 framework agreement partners each. The individual contracts for project planning (architecture) are awarded in mini-competitions in accordance with § 21 para. 5 VgV between the framework agreement partners.
