TENDER DESCRIPTION
Framework agreement for building design (architecture) for all renovations/conversions of existing buildings on the grounds of the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) from a project volume of EUR 1.5 million net of eligible costs during the up to 4-year term of the framework agreements (2 years fixed term + 2 years extension option). The individual contracts awarded from the framework agreement partially include all HOAI service phases. In part, commissioning will only be for the late service phases LPH 5-8 (starting with execution planning). A staged commissioning is planned in each case, whereby the optional stage commissioning can be done wholly or partially each time. The framework agreement is intended to bind 3 framework agreement partners each. The individual contracts for building design (architecture) are awarded in mini-competitions pursuant to § 21 para. 5 VgV among the framework agreement partners. The conditions of the mini-competitions and the award criteria for the individual contracts are listed in the tender document "Procedure conditions for individual contract - invitation to submit an offer."
