Across all lots, the contractor is required to utilize the client's specified tools and systems (e.g., GitLab, Jira, Confluence) and adhere to their processes, authorization, storage, and documentation standards. Work will be conducted within the existing and evolving system landscape of the client. The use of AI systems is permissible if necessary and not objected to by the client. The tender emphasizes agile working methods and collaboration in mixed or dedicated teams. Other overarching requirements include general quality standards, data protection compliance, accessibility, and the provision of handover and exit services, along with usage rights for work results.
