TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Stadtwerke Lübeck Gruppe GmbH (SWL Group), together with its subsidiaries, is the leading energy utility provider in the economic area of Lübeck. Set up and aligned as a multi-utility company, Stadtwerke Lübeck (Group) has a comprehensive energy-related product portfolio and an efficient grid infrastructure in the Hanseatic City of Lübeck and in some neighboring municipalities. In addition, local public transport including ferry operations is covered by the Group of Stadtwerke Lübeck. The objective of this invitation to tender is to conclude a framework contract with a tenderer for the auditing of the annual financial statements of the Stadtwerke Lübeck - group companies (see point 5.1.6 of this notice), including the consolidated financial statements for the years 2027 to 2031. The contracting authority reserves the option to extend the audit services for the year 2032.
