TENDER DESCRIPTION
Stadtwerke Lübeck Gruppe GmbH (SWL Gruppe) together with its subsidiaries is the leading energy supplier in the business area of Lübeck. Structured and aligned as a multi-utility company, Stadtwerke Lübeck (the Group) has an extensive energy-economics product portfolio and an efficient grid infrastructure in the Hanseatic City of Lübeck and some neighboring municipalities. In addition, local passenger transport including ferry operations is covered by the Stadtwerke Lübeck Group. The aim of this invitation to tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement with a bidder for the audit of the annual financial statements of Stadtwerke Lübeck - group companies (see point 5.1.6 of this notice), including the consolidated financial statements for the years 2027 to 2031. The contracting authority reserves the option to extend the audit services for the year 2032.
