TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject matter of this procurement procedure is the conclusion of a GitLab reseller framework agreement. This authorises the purchase of products from the manufacturer GitLab at a previously defined price. The price stated in the price schedule shall apply as binding for the entire term of three years. The reseller framework agreement covers the purchase of GitLab products, as well as consulting and support in selecting the products and in optimising licences, proactive information about changes to licence terms, prices and new GitLab products, and in communication with the manufacturer (e.g. in the event of conversions or technical questions). Further details regarding the subject matter of the procedure and the terms for the provision of services arise in particular from the annexes "service description" and "framework agreement".
