TENDER DESCRIPTION

Invitation to tender for the service of delivery of security cylinders and keys and expansion of existing locking systems under a framework contract for properties of different sizes managed by Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH (BIM), such as cultural facilities (theatres, museums, etc.), locations of the Berlin Fire Department and the Berlin Police, accommodation for refugees, courts of the State of Berlin, schools (upper secondary centres), tax offices and other administrative buildings. The framework contract includes, among others, the following makes: IKON, DOM, BKS, CES, BAB-IKON, EVVA, WINKHAUS, ASSA-RUKO, BUGA, KABA/GEGE Calls from a framework contract shall be made in the form of individual orders. Individual orders may be placed both by BIM GmbH as the contracting authority, the Land operation for building management (LfG), and by third parties on behalf of the contracting authority. Calls from the framework contract are made via the web-based FM portal of BIM GmbH. For calls in paper form, special order forms are used.
