This involves management, organization, planning, requirements management, development, testing, quality assurance, and DevOps for software development projects.
- Technical Focus Areas: Process handling within administrations, data exchange between administrations, administrative services for citizens (e.g., citizen portals, online services), Data Science procedures, and AI applications. It can also involve refactoring existing applications or major maintenance.
- Required Service Profiles: Software development, software/solution architecture, requirements and product management, software testing, UI/UX design, DevOps engineering/software configuration management, software-related project management/agile coaching, IT security/compliance in software development, and technical editing/documentation.
Lot 2: Performance-Oriented Software Development Services
- Core Scope: Focused services within the canonical sub-areas of software engineering or in the field of Data Science/Artificial Intelligence, delivered through performance-oriented call-offs.
- Software Engineering Areas: Programming, software architecture, requirements management, software testing, UI/UX design, DevOps engineering, software-related project management, and software-related consulting.
- Data Science/Artificial Intelligence Areas: Machine learning, data science, data analysis, prompt engineering, MLOps engineering, subject-related DevOps engineering, and subject-related product management.
- Service Profiles: Software development, software/solution architecture, requirements and product management, software testing, UI/UX design, DevOps engineering/software configuration management, software-related project management/agile coaching, IT security/compliance in software development, technical editing/documentation, software engineering consulting, B2B support, data engineering, data architecture, data science, data analytics, BI engineering/analytics engineering, and AI/ML engineering.
Dataport, as the client, acts as both the contractor to its customers and the client to the development partners in this agreement, who are external companies awarded contracts. All communication with the customer must primarily be in German.
