TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of the procurement is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the demand-based supply of civil engineering materials for Nordwasser GmbH. The procurement serves to ensure the ongoing drinking water supply, wastewater disposal, maintenance, repair, and fault clearance within the association's area. The scope of delivery includes, in particular, materials from the product groups fittings, concrete elements, seals, connectors, flanges, fittings, hydrants and accessories, plastic connectors, pipes, repair clamps, valves, signage and accessories, tools, water meter accessories, as well as other civil engineering materials. The specific products to be procured and their anticipated quantities are listed in the specification (Annex 1). In addition, the contractor shall make available to the contracting authority its entire suitable product range in the field of civil engineering materials for demand-based ordering. For special fault and emergency cases, there is also the possibility to request special materials from an emergency stock held by the contractor.
