TENDER DESCRIPTION
Under the current legal situation, the tax subsidy under section 3a(1) EnergieStG for port diesel is expected to cease as of 01.07.2027 and, with a very high likelihood, will not be extended beyond 01.07.2027. The contracting authority therefore basically intends to cover its entire fuel requirement of approximately 2 to 2.5 million litres in the future by purchasing diesel DIN EN 590. In the unlikely event that the tax subsidy for port diesel continues to exist even after 01.07.2027, the contracting authority would like to cover its requirement of approximately 2 to 2.5 million litres per year in future, for as long as and to the extent that the benefit exists, also with port diesel and to purchase only approximately 50,000 litres of diesel DIN EN 590.
