TENDER DESCRIPTION
Under the current legal situation, the tax subsidy (§ 3a(1) EnergieStG) for port diesel is expected to expire as of 01.07.2027 and, with a very high probability, will not be extended beyond 01.07.2027. The contracting authority therefore basically intends to cover its entire fuel demand of approximately 2 to 2.5 million litres in the future by purchasing Diesel DIN EN 590. In the unlikely event that the tax subsidy for port diesel continues to exist after 01.07.2027, the contracting authority would like to cover its demand of approximately 2 to 2.5 million litres per year in the future, for as long as and to the extent that the benefit exists, with port diesel and to procure only approximately 50,000 litres of Diesel DIN EN 590. Under the current legal situation, the tax subsidy (§ 3a(1) EnergieStG) for port diesel is expected to expire as of 01.07.2027 and, with a very high probability, will not be extended beyond 01.07.2027.
