TENDER DESCRIPTION

The LZN, as contracting authority and the sole place authorised to place orders for call-offs, is entitled to conclude individual contracts on the basis of this framework agreement. It will, in order to fulfil its tasks as a central service provider of the immediate Lower Saxony state administration, as well as for other public bodies, make use of services under this framework agreement. The individual contracts (call-offs) to be concluded on the basis of this framework agreement are placed by and on behalf of the LZN for the immediate state administration as well as for other public bodies that have concluded a supply and/or service agreement with the LZN (authorised requesting bodies). The requirements needed for this are included in the overall demand forecast. The respective authorised requesting bodies are listed in a list attached to the procurement documents. For each call-off, the LZN informs the contractor of the delivery address and of the contact details required for dispatch and delivery, which are assigned to one of the authorised requesting bodies from the list.
