TENDER DESCRIPTION

The LZN, as the contracting authority and the only place entitled to place orders, is entitled to conclude individual contracts (calls) on the basis of this framework agreement. It will use services under this framework agreement in order to fulfil its tasks as a central service provider for the immediate Lower Saxony state administration as well as other public bodies. The individual contracts (calls) to be concluded on the basis of this framework agreement are placed by and on behalf of the LZN for the immediate state administration as well as for other public bodies that have concluded a supply and/or services agreement with the LZN (entitled bodies). The needs required for this have been included in the overall needs estimate. The respective entitled bodies are named in a list attached to the procurement documents as an annex. For each call, the LZN informs the contractor of the delivery address and the contact details required for dispatch and delivery, which are assigned to one of the entitled bodies from the list.
