TENDER DESCRIPTION

The LZN is authorised, as the contracting authority and the only authority entitled to place orders, to conclude individual contracts on the basis of this framework agreement. It will, in order to carry out its tasks as a central service provider for the direct Lower Saxony state administration as well as for other public bodies, procure services from this framework agreement. In this capacity, the contract includes the conclusion of a framework agreement with a company (§ 21 VgV) for the delivery of vehicles for the secure transportation of persons. The direct state administration in Lower Saxony, the Thuringian Ministry of Justice, Migration and Consumer Protection, and the prison service in Bremen are entitled to place orders.
