TENDER DESCRIPTION

LZN is entitled, as the contracting authority and the only entity authorized to place orders, to conclude individual contracts on the basis of this framework agreement. It will take up services from this framework agreement in order to perform its tasks as a central service provider of the immediate Lower Saxony state administration as well as of other public bodies. In this capacity, the contract includes the conclusion of a framework agreement with a company (§ 21 VgV) for the supply of vans for the secure transport of persons. The entities authorized to place orders are the immediate state administration in Lower Saxony, the Thuringian Ministry for Justice, Migration and Consumer Protection, as well as the prison administration in Bremen.
