TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services to be provided by the contracting party are as follows: 1. Provision of an ordering platform (online research database) as the basis for ordering the aforementioned media 2. Existence of an operating function of the ordering platform 3. Provision of electronic user accounts (one account per addressee) that enable individual access to all data and ordering processes 4. Processing and presentation of subscription and continuing-series management 5. Invoicing by electronic means and, at the request of the customer, also the provision of written original invoices 6. Delivery and dispatch in accordance with the currently valid shipping regulations of the Goethe Institute (Annex E) 7. Service and other matters 8. In the event that the contract is awarded, the contracting party must ensure timely availability of all services by 1 January 2027. A detailed description of the requested service can be found in Annex A “Terms of Reference/Service Description” (Annex 1 to the contract).
