TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services to be provided by the contractor are as follows: 1. Provision of an ordering platform (online search database) as the basis for ordering the aforementioned media 2. Existence of an operation function for the ordering platform 3. Provision of electronic user accounts (one account per addressee) that enable individual access to all data and ordering processes 4. Processing and presentation of subscription and continuation management 5. Invoicing by electronic means and, if requested, also the provision of written original invoices 6. Delivery and dispatch in accordance with the currently valid shipping regulations of the Goethe Institute (Annex E) 7. Service and other matters 8. In the event of award of the contract, the contractor must ensure timely availability of all services by 1 January 2027 A detailed description of the required services can be found in Annex A "Specifications" (Annex 1 to the contract).
