WSL Wohnen & Service Leipzig GmbH intends to conclude a framework agreement for the installation, replacement and maintenance of distribution and metering devices, smoke alarms and the radio (wireless) infrastructure. The contracting authority has been dealing for several years with services relating to heating energy and ancillary heating cost allocations, as well as with equipping the latest digital metering technology and radio (wireless) infrastructure for recording and transmission of consumption values. The contracting authority provides these services mainly for its parent company, Leipziger Wohnungs- und Baugesellschaft, and occasionally for third-party customers. The subject matter of this framework agreement is the provision of the services for the installation of metering technology, smoke alarms and radio (wireless) infrastructure, and all related services, including occasional installation of radio smoke alarms.
