TENDER DESCRIPTION

HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft with limited liability (HOWOGE) is one of the municipal housing companies in Berlin and manages its own portfolio of currently around 84,000 apartments. In order to further develop this portfolio in a way that is future-proof, the company will carry out energy renovation and new-build measures. The assignment is carried out primarily for the preparation of GEG proof-of-compliance documents, the application for and support of BEG funding, as well as the development of individual renovation roadmaps (iSFP). The conclusion of a framework agreement with at least five and at most seven energy efficiency experts (or offices) is intended. Taken together, the contracting parties must cover the entire range of services. This includes the professional focus areas new construction, renovation (both for residential buildings and for non-residential buildings) as well as heritage protection. The award of the specific individual contracts during the term of the agreement will be carried out under the framework agreement parties according to a transparent, rolling system.
