TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority operates Frankfurt Main Airport. The contractor shall be commissioned to carry out general planning services for the new construction of air freight logistics halls on the site. The buildings are to be tendered in a functional manner to a general contractor (GC). In addition, the contractor shall demonstrate, in all scope areas, sufficient experience as a general planner for logistics buildings as well as experience in collaborating with general contractors.
