TENDER DESCRIPTION

Leipziger Wohnungs- und Baugesellschaft mbH intends to award clearance services. The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the execution of clearance services in the contracting authority's apartments in the city area of Leipzig. The services concern living spaces including all associated ancillary rooms (e.g. cellars, attics, storage rooms, outhouses as well as mailboxes) in buildings with up to 16 floors. The services include all work necessary for complete clearance including all immediately related ancillary services. These include in particular: - Inspection of the rental units to be cleared, - Preparation of an inventory list including photographic documentation as well as identification and rough valuation of reusable items, - Obtaining necessary permits, - Assistance in securing relevant documents, - Complete clearance of the apartments including dismantling of fixtures, - Sorting, packaging and securing valuables, - Transport of all items, - Separation and proper disposal of household goods, bulky waste, electrical old devices, hazardous substances and other waste including disposal certificates, - Data protection-compliant destruction of…
