TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Leipziger Wohnungs- und Baugesellschaft mbH intends to award clearing services. The subject of this tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the performance of clearing services in the client’s apartments in the city area of Leipzig. The services cover residential rooms including all associated ancillary rooms (e.g. cellars, attics, storage rooms, outbuildings as well as letterboxes) in buildings with up to 16 storeys. The services include all work required for complete clearance, including all ancillary services directly associated with this. In particular, these include: -Inspection of the rental units to be cleared, -Preparation of an inventory list including photographic documentation, as well as identification and approximate valuation of items that can be used, -Obtaining any required approvals, -Support in securing relevant documents, -Complete clearance of the apartments including dismantling of built-in fittings, -Sorting, packing and safeguarding of valuables, -Transport of all items, -Separation and professional disposal of household goods, bulky waste, used electrical appliances, materials containing hazardous substances and other waste, including…
