TENDER DESCRIPTION

Leipziger Wohnungs- und Baugesellschaft mbH intends to award removal services. The subject matter of the invitation to tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of removal services in the contracting authority’s apartments within the city area of Leipzig. The services concern residential rooms including all associated ancillary rooms (e.g. cellars, floor spaces, storage rooms, outbuildings and also letterboxes) in buildings with up to 16 storeys. The services include all work required for complete removal, including all ancillary services directly associated with it. In particular, these include: -Inspection of the rental units to be cleared, -preparation of an inventory list including photographic documentation, as well as identification and a rough valuation of items that can be reused, -obtaining any required approvals, -support with securing relevant documents, -complete clearing of the apartments including dismantling of installations, -sorting, packing and securing valuables, -transport of all items, -separation and proper disposal of household goods, bulky waste, old electrical appliances, substances containing pollutants and other waste,…
