TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this tender is the scheduled, as well as event-driven replacement of water meters, including all ancillary services required for this. This includes in particular: • Arranging appointments with connection customers • Removing existing water meters • Installing new water meters • Function testing • Documenting meter data • Returning removed water meters • Replacing measuring lines with and without connection to the customer installation • Reporting defects for damage identified • Digital transmission of replacement records The contract will be awarded as a framework contract for the years 2027–2029.
