TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this tender is the scheduled and event-driven replacement of water meters, including all ancillary services required for this purpose. In particular, this includes: • Scheduling appointments with connection customers • Removal of existing water meters • Installation of new water meters • Function testing • Documentation of meter data • Return of removed meters • Replacement of measuring sections with and without connection to the customer facility • Reporting defects in the event of identified damage • Digital transmission of change/replacement records The contract will be awarded as a framework agreement for the years 2027 – 2029.
