TENDER DESCRIPTION

Framework contract for “Process-support consulting services for the qualification of projects for the funding programme ‘Sustainable commercial areas in the Rhineland Economic Region (Rheinisches Revier)’ as well as continuation of support for the NZIA Community” The subject matter of the contract is expert, strategic and process-support consulting for the municipalities and the contracting authority. Planning, approval and expert report services are not covered by this contract and remain the responsibility of the respective project promoters. The future contractor is responsible for providing the consulting and support service in coordination with the contracting authority. For the purpose of contributing specialist expertise, the future contractor may use subcontractors accordingly. Against the background of the current focus of funding for sustainable commercial areas, which is indicated in the funding programme, project ideas that are eligible for funding or can be implemented without funding are to be developed and, in the event that funding is intended, qualified into project applications or the project applications are to be refined and checked for effectiveness.
