TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the measurements, as a rule, measuring instruments that have been suitability-tested are used. For nitrogen oxides (NOx), nitrogen monoxide (NO) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2), the reference method in accordance with DIN EN 14211:2025-12 Ambient air - measurement procedures for determining the concentration of nitrogen dioxide and nitrogen monoxide is chemiluminescence. For this purpose, 55 automatic, suitability-tested NOx analysers must be supplied for continuous, high time-resolution and simultaneous recording of NO, NO2 and NOx using the reference method. The delivery is to be made in three tranches (1st tranche: 20 devices, 2nd tranche: 20 devices, 3rd tranche: max. 15 devices). These must be functional and ready-to-use new devices. LUBW will install these NOx analysers in measurement containers of different sizes and configurations and operate them on a permanent basis (continuous measurement). The locations of the monitoring stations in the air monitoring network of Baden-Württemberg cover the entire spectrum of pollutant loads, from rural background (low air pollutant concentrations) to traffic-related hot-spot locations (high air pollutant concentrations).
