TENDER DESCRIPTION

Procurement and order processing are carried out, on the one hand, via a static exclusive catalogue on an electronic online marketplace (procurement platform Unite) and, on the other hand, procurement and order processing for stored goods (central delivery) are carried out via framework agreement calls (orders). The contractor therefore undertakes, among other things, to provide the contractually agreed items, including the required product information and the agreed prices, in the aforementioned electronic catalogue and to ensure that it is connected throughout the entire contract term. Delivery is made to the contracting authority’s locations within the city of Düsseldorf. The main delivery location is Höherweg 200, 40233 Düsseldorf. In addition, the contractor should, on a case-by-case basis, offer on-site consultation appointments for selected occupational safety / PPE products at the locations of the contracting authority.
