TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract covers the award of “Testing and Acceptance” as part of the nationwide software project “GeFa”. The subject matter is the independent provision and the continuous operation of a highly available test environment, including a CI/CD pipeline, as well as support for setting up an acceptance test environment on the contracting authority’s side. In addition, comprehensive test support services are included in an agile development environment with multiple Scrum teams working in parallel. The contractor must provide and keep available at all times a pool of over 60 named specialists. This pool includes, among others, Software Test Engineers, DevOps Engineers, test managers, configuration managers, specialists in accessibility, IT security and data protection, database specialists, cloud architects, and test coordinators. All consultants must have demonstrable, in some cases long-standing, relevant professional experience and mandatory required certifications, including ISTQB Advanced Level, IPMA, ITIL and DevOps Institute.
