TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract covers the award of “Test and Acceptance” as part of the nationwide software project “GeFa”. The subject matter is the independent provision and ongoing operation of a highly available test environment, including the CI/CD pipeline, as well as support for setting up a client-side acceptance test environment. In addition, comprehensive test support services are included in an agile development environment with several Scrum teams working in parallel. The contractor must provide and keep available at all times a pool of more than 60 specialists to be named in a list. This pool includes, among others, software test engineers, DevOps engineers, test managers, configuration managers, specialists for accessibility, IT security and data protection, database specialists, cloud architects and test coordinators. All consultants must have verifiable, in part long-standing relevant professional experience and mandatory required certifications, including ISTQB Advanced Level, IPMA, ITIL and DevOps Institute.
