TENDER DESCRIPTION

VGF commissions the contractor to publish job advertisements including consulting services and serves as an interface to job portals. On average, VGF publishes two hundred job advertisements annually; in general, for each individual job advertisement, multiple portals are booked in parallel. On the one hand on established portals such as stepstone.de, but also on selected specialist portals such as bauningenieur24.de. The job advertisements are provided from the multiposting module of our applicant management software in the “Liquid Design” customarily used on, for example, stepstone.de. Depending on the portal, it is necessary to adapt and design the job advertisement, as well as to categorise and tag the job advertisements. Key requirements are a fully digital representation of the process, from the submission of the order to the digital approval, as well as access to a central access statistics dashboard in real time for continuous performance monitoring of the job advertisements. If required, the contractor offers the possibility of small performance marketing campaigns for individual job advertisements. Term of 4 years with an option to extend for a further 4 years.
